Good to know
Prices are plus 6.35% CT sales tax. One turnover is the sheets and towels from one stay, up to 20 lb. Over 20 lb is $2.25 per extra lb. Unused turnovers reset each month. Rush and same-day pickups cost extra. Plans are month to month with 30 days notice, plus one free pause a year.
Not included
Comforters and pillows, dry clean only items, heavy stains or biohazards, and anything not bagged.
When the route is full
New accounts join a waitlist. If a pickup window has to move, you get 48 hours notice.

What do you wash?

How fast do I get my linens back?
Usually 24 to 48 hours. Pickups are Tuesday and Friday, 10am to 1pm. Need it same day? Ask, it costs a little extra.
How do the vacuum-sealed sets work?
Each set is packed by bed size, so you grab one bag per bed and make it up. No sorting through a pile.
Who's doing the washing?
We do. We wash and fold everything at a local laundromat and deliver it ourselves.
