The rules
Every client gets a clean towel.
Connecticut's salon guidance says every towel is single use, washed with detergent in hot water and dried on the hottest setting, and that "a commercial linen service shall be used if not done on the premises."

That's how we wash: hot water, detergent, hottest dryer setting, then folded into clean, covered bags so they stay clean until you use them.

Bag the used towels
Keep used towels and capes in a closed bin. On your pickup day, we grab the bag.

Hot water and detergent, dried on high, washed on their own. Never mixed with another shop's towels.

We wash the towels and capes you own. No rental fees, no loss charges, no surprise surcharges.
Not included
Items with blood or chemical spills need to be bagged and marked separately. Ask us first.

Good questions.
Do you wash capes too?
Yes. Towels and capes that can be machine washed.
What about hair color stains?
Color and bleach can stain light towels for good. Dark, bleach-safe towels hold up best, and we wash them hot either way.
Which day do you pick up?
We set a weekly pickup day and time with you, so it doesn't land in the middle of a rush.
How much is 25 lb?
It depends on your towels. We weigh your first pickup and tell you which plan fits before you're billed.
Do I need a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly, and you can pause or cancel with a week's notice.
Can I just send towels when I need to?
Yes. Without a plan, one pickup is $2.25 per lb with a 20 lb minimum. A plan works out cheaper if you send towels every week.
